General conditions of residence

The price includes:

- Bedcloths, kitchen towels, electricity and gas.

Additional payment:

- Tourist tax for adults 2 €/day, children (7-18 years) 1 €/day.

- If renting the appartment for only 1 night, the total charge is increased by 50%.

- If renting the appartment for only 2 nights, the total charge is increased by 40%.

- If renting the appartment for only 3 nights, the total charge is increased by 30% (or by

   arrangement).

- Pets by arrangement.

- Air-condition or heating 6€/day.

Payment terms:

- Payment by arrival or by arrangement.

Payment method:

- In cash in €.

Reservation amount:

- 30% of the full payment.

Reservation terms:

- Reservation is guaranteed after receiving full payment.

Check-in:

- After 2.00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out:

- Before 10.00 AM on the departure day.

New Year's period and holidays:

- Staying period is charged according to price list valid in high season (July, August).

Cleaning is charged:

- 60€.
